If you know what town they live in but their truck has no insurence and isn't registered. No exact address....this guy is lower then scum and has been hiding out. He has a capias out on him because he owes money, he hides his addy from his wife because he doesn't want to get served divorce papers (and gave his former addy to the court). Just want him nailed!

If you know of someone that is wanted, yes.
If you know they have no license, also criminal offense, so yes.
Go to the police, tell them all you know about him and they can look for him.

Call the police department when you see him driving; make sure you take all the description of the vehicle including the license plate number.
The police will be dispatched and they will investigate further. If their is any warrants, etc; then the police will arrest him in the spot.

You can probably just call them unless you need to do down and file a report yourself. By all means, call or go to the police.
