Hate me if you will, but I have to say Nativity In Black... (most songs from both) I love Ozzy, and I LOVE Black Sabbath, but when their songs are backed by a strong hard rock band, (Primus, Pantera, Faith No More, Megadeath, etc.) it just makes the songs rock harder!
The Bullring Brummies did an amazing job on The Wizzard (never heard of them, till this song) and Primus playing with Ozzy singing on the song, N.I.B. - WOW!!! Those two my favs right now!!!
Thanks for the question!

I would have to say the "Reunion" album of 1998, because it had so many good songs from different eras.
