my item was taken down as it apparantly because it violated the Therapeutic goods policy...
I was only trying to sell my item as a scientific antique instrument however I smell a conspiracy why I cant run a legitimate business selling legitimate antiques...
They are allowed to sell them in America is it possible I could list from the American site and not have it taken down?

these are used for stilmulating cells, and they are proven to work in some ways, they are still popular among hairdressers who find them useful in stimulating the scalp.
They claim I need to state some ARTG no.
I have relisted with this no. and references to the website.
I think this policy only applies in Australia I think.
I cant understand why these are banned when I have clearly stated this is to be used for Experimental, Scientific, Engineering and Medical curiosity.......
My id is tradeandbargain if anyone wants to have a look at my listing.
I am reasonable confident it wont get taken down now I have posted references on my listing...
Most of all this had been listed in Antiques section and I was not trying to list it as a therapeutic device nor was I making any outrageous claims to what it could do.

Keyan, I have a new Violet wand and love it as do all my friends and others that have came across us playing. The vintage wands are great and in the States they are listed all the time on eBay.

Here is a great link to info about the vintage units for others to learn about them http://www.meridianinstitute.com/eaem/master1/mastcont.html

I'll be interested to see what answers you get. I've used Ebay quite a bit, but don't know much about the details of their policies. One thing I have noticed is that there are a lot of fake items on Ebay. Obvious fakes and Ebay seems to be the place to sell these things.

By the way, what would this violet wand be used for? I've got an old voodoo chicken foot that I'd love to sell. :D

Sounds like you've answered your own question. It's an antique; not a therapeutic good.

There are loads on ebay - you have almost certainly been reported by a competitor.

I wouldn't risk listing again though - thats likely to get you a suspension sadly.

They used to be made for ELECTROtherapy, which has proven to be not the right way to do things/very wrong, unhelpful, dangerous and damaging.
