Men's Black Dress Shoes - Best Ones to Get?

I'm looking to replace a four-year old pair of Ecco dress shoes that I've got. They've ran their course, and it's time. I'm not confident I want another pair of Ecco's even though they've done excellent. What recommendations do you have for a replacement pair? Here are my stipulations (no particular order):

1. Under $200.00
2. Black
3. Classy yet modern appearance
4. MUST last at least 4 years
5. Comfort
