Last night. I like taking baths by moonlight ... there's a crescent shaped window above the tub.

I am a moonwatcher.
I once sat through an entire lunar eclipse, while everyone else just visited me where I was watching, across the street fro Greek restaurant in California.

The last time for me was two days ago. It's new just now, and it was a golden arc, quite slim, with the high side to the east, just rising over the mountains of San Diego.
I found on the calendar it is due to be full on the 30th, 9 days after the summer solstice and the official beginning of summer. The dark and light cycles last 29 days in total so you can always estimate when the moon will be doing what it does best--brighten our skies and our lives.

About a week ago...the moon is just coming out of the 'new moon' stage where you can't see it & it was cloudy & rainy the last two nights.

The woman 2 doors along from me was bending over picking up the washing and there it was all white and round. She probably says the same thing about me[my man says there will be a full moon 2 nite when i bend over]

last night my best friend and i talked about the moon for like 20 minutes. it was a cresent moon and it was a strange orange-ish, redish color. it was very creepy looking but very neat.
