Boy you need some history lessons. Israel didn't come from Europe. They had the land before all the wannabe Palestinians got there

You will find Palestine listed as a region as it always has been, but definitely never a country. We can locate the Mojave Desert on the USA map, but we still would never recognize it as our 51st state, let alone a sovereign country. Nor any residents who migrated there, a "Mojavian" people. Even if some have traditionally lived locally for a long time

Only about 120,000 nomadic Arabs resided in an area that covered the claimed, so-called "occupied" territories, the state of Israel and Jordan. When Mark Twain visited the area, he wrote he found nothing but a wasteland.

During the 19 years that these territories - including Jerusalem and Gaza - were occupied by the kingdoms of Jordan and Egypt, no one talked about a Palestinian state nor a Palestinian people. These Arab states recognized no such thing.

The fact simply is that there are no Palestinians nor were there any.

These people are generic Arabs like all other Arabs, and they happen to live in a region called Palestine. They are not a separate people. Anymore than Siberians are a separate people in Russia.

Israel did not go to war against a Palestinian state and occupy its land. Rather, Israel was attacked by six Arab countries at once. She defended herself, defeated her attackers, and won the so-called territories, not from the Palestinians, but from Jordan and Egypt. And the Golan Heights from Syria.

Most Arabs living in Palestine today are not indigenous to the region. It was not until after the Jews had changed deserts and swamps into a productive and thriving land that the Arabs started migrating there.

Jews have been living in the area you call Palestine for the last 3,000 years.

Many Jews that lived in Europe started to immigrate to the area from the 1850's and onward. Long before the state of Israel.

initially the local population did welcome them, but only if they regraded themselves as second class citizens, which was the case during the rule of the Ottoman empire.

Germany did not give any land to the Jews because the British who conquered the land from the Ottomans 30 years before were willing to create a Jewish state in the area where the Jewish population was the majority.

Initially the state of Israel was to be located on 55% (half being dessert) of the area of british Palestine with a new arab state on 43%.

the Arab leauge rejected the plan for a Jewish state and delared war on Israel the day after the British rule in the area ended. The result was that after months of fighting the involved Arab naitons agreed to a cece fire allong the present pre 1967 borders with Israel.

The borders of Israel changed again after Arab nations declared war in 1956, 1967, and 1973.

The rule of thumb is if you dont like to lose land dont attack someone that can defeat you. Egypt learned this lesson after 1973 and was rewarded with the return of the Sinai penisula.

The land that Israel is on plus the land the Palestine's is own belongs to Israel. They took it by blood of the Jewish people.

At one time the Jewish people scattered to many different
countries. Now they have been returning to their Country, for sometime now in record numbers. All of this is part of God's plan as stated in the Holy Bible. Tthis is part of Bible Prophecy. So is the wars in the Middle East. It will only get worse until Jesus returns and takes His Saints during the Rapture which could happened any day now. I pray your heart is right with God?

Your have rightly said that your question is knowledge based but replies have been given by people who have no knowledge of reality. Official web site of the Government of Israel gives brief information. Germany wanted to settle Jews in an African country which was a French colony. Arabs are against Zionism and not against Jews. New generations are interested to live in peace and progress. Israel has to adjust itself.

The Jews were slaves to the Egyptians, but they escaped and wandered in the dessert of the Synide peninsula. Later they ended up in the land now called Israel. But that land belonged to the Palestinians although it was a colony of England. Because the Jewish people were spread all over Europe with no real home land England gave that land to make the country of Israel as a home land for the Jewish people in 1945.
