I'm in Texas and it is great, but I would say not the best. Seems like Maine, Vermont, N.H., maybe Montana, Idaho, Dakotas....some place not so heavily populated and full of bad people and things.

definately not Missouri. that is where i live and i think personaly it is a bad stste to live in in some parts.

Eastern Tennesse...No state taxes, low crime rate, no hurricanes.
