Does it sounds like a weed-whacker (loud and annoying). If so, the fan is going bad...if it's still under warranty, order a replacement.

Hi. The fan blades may have dust on them which can cause an out of balance situation. Clean the fan first. They are cheap to replace.

I agree a good spring clean might help, also take a look at this link for noisy fans.

confirm that one of the motherboard wires is not touching the fan , if its a desktop , remove the system unit cover and check just that .

not exactly wrong, just too hot, make sure your fan is at the right setting and you're in a well ventilated area

If it's a desktop PC - take the side off and clean the fan - just make sure you EARTH YOURSELF on the PC case (metal)
