As much as I don't care to hear from her, this may actually be a good thing. Think of it: TPIR is hardly the platform to talk about anything except seeing what the next item up for bid is. She won't find any good angle to saying anything, and we won't have to worry about her having a better platform for her to flap her mouth. If she doesn't work for the game show, she might find such a platform elsewhere! So let her on and the best thing she could do is to keep Barker's tradition of reminding us to keep our pets spayed and neutered, starting with Rosie. Not her pet, HER!

DID u read the whole story? Dear Bob was kind to animals but alittle caustic around his team. Old news, the Barker's Beauties the law suits, the sexual stuff the rascal. Out doing their royalties now that sounds like Bob.
Rosie will do it if they ask. If it is a family decision they must consider her dream here. Commuting is hard but many celeb's do it. Kyra Sedgewick, Kevin Bacon for one successful family who manage. If she needs some flight time give her wings. Heck the kids all have their own forts and things for a time momma little one & the nanny can live. I read her blog, have for a while.
I say go for it. Besides she is loud perky and very capable of running that show. We may need some Broadway boys but it would be about time some male beefcake is shown on that sexist show. Give all the old kodgers a hello! And ladies we waited thru all these babes we deserve some for our own eye candy, agree?! (hetero here)

I don't even watch now. These shows for simple minded people, elevate idiots like Porky O'Donnell or any other selfcentered, unproductive, conceited jerk, ( and I include Bob Barker), to a level that they don't deserve. Innadecuate people that can't make it in the real world.

Considering the audience for that time frame on TV, I would have to say that I am sure people will watch, I can't really get into demographics. All I can say is that THIS Liberal won't be watching as I will be at work.

I am a liberal and I don't consider Rosie to be important in politics at all. Personally, I think she gives liberals a bad name. I would put her and Rush Limbaugh in the same category as wannabe know it alls that in reality know nothing.

What does Rosie being liberal have to do with hosting the Price is Right? People will not watch if she is on TPIR not because she is liberal but because she is Rosie.

Probably not because, contrary to what your closed mind thinks, some of us do hold jobs. I have not watched The Price is Right since I was a kid home sick from school. It is a daytime program and I am usually AT WORK!!!!
You might have time to watch it in between counting the family fortune and telling the servants what to do.

It wont be the same without Bob whoever is next, but i definently wouldn't watch it if she hosted. which would make me mad because i love that show. now, i heard that Mario Lopez might be the next host. they were in heavy talks or what not.....

I think she will if the price is right...
I will hate this show because I loved watching it in the past.
I think she rather do radio show with Don Imus.... They both should be kept away from the sight.....

double hell no! why would anyone want to watch that loud mouthed bully? i can hardly stand to watch two of my favorite movies anymore because she is in them. sleepless in seattle and the flintstones. gosh! she was a crappy betty anyhow.
