I got these rotors about 3 weeks ago, and I just noticed that all four rotors have rust on them. What could be the problem? Is it something I should get fixed immediately?

What your probably seeing is rotor dust, it could be red or brown or grey; it is Normal wear and tear as breaks pads-rotors rub off dust particals when they impact the drum.

No worries mate.

The rust on the surface of the rotor is from water hitting the rotor when you park and the rotor is still hot. This rust is not harmful the next time you hit the brakes it should come off.

It's probably just surface rust. It'll happen any time it's humid or rains. Drive the car a bit, hit the brakes, bring it back home. The rust should be gone. ;)

exposed iron rusts very fast, in a humid climate it is not un common for the rotors to rust overnight.
