You are sadly misinformed. The producers of The View wanted Rosie O'Donnell to stay on 2 years and Rosie only wanted a 1 year contract-their ratings had skyrocketed since her arrival. Her own show was going great-she wanted a break since she had adopted children and wanted to be at home more to care for them. The Price is Right would be lucky to get Rosie, their ratings will probably improve like it has the last two television shows she's widely known for being associated with. Just because some people dislike or hate her, obviously doesn't mean everyone else does.

It's also disgusting to see both men and women resort to making sexist and homophobic remarks about her. It's one thing to dislike her humor or how aggressive she is, but do you have to lower yourself by making such nasty comments? Can't you think of a way to express yourselves without mentioning how she looks or that she's a lesbian? Remember, this is women's studies, not "how much can I denigrate a woman I dislike?"

After immediately devouring Rich Fields, she would probably attempt to molest and/or eat barker's beauties. There would be chaos and terror throughout the studio and countless senior citizens would be trampled to death in the mad rush to escape Rosie's wrath. But would she ruin the ratings? Hell no, I would love to watch that kind of mayhem! Now that's what I call prime time television!!

It's The Price is Right, not The O'Donnell Factor. (Although that would be hilarious.) What could she possibly do?

It wont ruin the ratings at all... look at the view

what it will ruin is the reputation of the game show in general that it has worked for years and years to build, Just as she ruined the reputation of the view

Wow I haven't heard this one. I'm not really a Price Is Right fan, but I at least have respect for it's longevity. I really hope they change their minds!

She wants to host the Price is Right?!

Is she crazy?

Wow. She should stick to ranting and leave game show entertainment to the people who already do it right.

Nonononononononononononononono......

As soon as it is announced. I bet she would work for free though, just so she could hang out with Barker's Beauties.

She boosted the ratings on The View, and her own talk show was very successful until she walked away from it. Free thinking people love her, and closed-minded people watch her just to grumble about her. Like it or not, you can't keep her down.
Haven't heard about her hosting TPIR, though. Might be a good venue for her humor.
