Off the car--take to a radiator shop and they can usually repair them and test for leaks. On the car, system would have to be purged and have an aluminum welder weld up the pinhole, charge the system and check for leaks again.

There are refrigerants that have stuff in them to clog small hole go to an auto store and check it out.

Not to my knowledge. It'll have to be replaced.
