My friend lost 16 pounds by doing dance dance revolution every day.
Also, when you do dance you should move all of your body not just your hips and pick good music so that you'll have fun doing it. Also do it everyday for like an hour-2 hours..but seperate times in the day.

I think anytime you are moving and burning calories it is going to help you lose weight. To really see faster results you would need to sustain the dancing like any other aerobic exercise. Such as doing it 30 minutes while keeping your heart rate up in it's target spot for calorie burning.

yes it does.. its awsome.. my mom worked at bars her whole life and when i was 15 she started takeing me to work with her.. i lost 30 lbs in 4 months from shaking my booty all night..its fun.. and also makes you feel better about yourself.. so have fun.. turn on some music and shake your butt while cleaning your room or doing the dishes.. or just for fun..

yes it does but you have to keep at it for it to work and show affect. hip hop or break dancing is probally the one that helps u loose more wieght.

o.0... exercise isnt about fun,its about being healthy and feeling good about yourself.it might not help you lose much from a specific area of your body but you will lose weight...
