if you picture something in your mind hard can it happen or what can it do?

It allows you to see, say, a finished product before its made, or how a room will look with the furniture rearranged, without having to do the actual physical labor. I do it all the time when building furniture. All I need to write down are the measurements; the picture is already in my mind.
It doesn't take intensive thought either, you just look and think. Its that easy. Isn't it?

Visualization has several different purposes. It can make a goal more tangible, help you break down tasks, help you practice unknown tasks or help you overcome fears.
