Well, the last console that I bought was a Nintendo DS. I didn't buy my Wii. My mom gave it to me for a Christmas present.

i myself have a xbox 360 and that i've got been given it for a similar reason as you go with to get it. i might advise to get the 360 because of the fact in case you purchase it a Wal-Mart you may in simple terms return it interior of ninety days if it gets the RROD, plus in case you pay an further 10- 20 funds (forgot the excellent volume) you get a 2 300 and sixty 5 days guarantee. so odds are if your are not getting the RROD with in 2 300 and sixty 5 days you in all likelihood will never get it+ stay to tell the tale xbox is a strategies greater appropriate!!!!

it was the gamecube, shortly after it was released. it is a great console for playing multiplayer games. i bought super smash bros. with it.

Ps2. Our old one died (well, had an accident under my hubby's foot!) and we had that one since about the time ps2 came out... I hope the slimline is gonna last us at least that long......
Or the GBA I bought my son, since he lost his... I can't remember which is most recent...
