They don't have that effect on me..but maybe they make you feel relaxed enough to go..

I have the exact same issue and I bet you read in the bathroom at home right? I liken it to Pavlov's Dog.

Pavlov did his experiment where everytime he fed the dog he would ring a bell so after awhile he would just ring the bell and the dog would still come to see if there was food. I think since your body assoicates reading and books with the bathroom, everytime you're near books it feels like it has to go.

It's good news really, look at it this way you always know what to do if you're having constipation issues
