problem with order no. 719957?

i have not been sucessful in getting an answer as to why my credit card was charged, almost three months ago, and I cannot get an answer as to why my order has not been shipped. I would like to get a credit issued to my credit card.

All you have to do is call your credit card customer service phone number (on the bad of the credit card).
