Yes I would be cautious when allowing a contact with less then 100 points... Don't you start off with 100 points to begin with? So to have less than 100, would seem very odd, and I would be cautious. :P

Stick with your instincts. You may have good reasons to be a lot cautious, not just a little bit cautious.

My scale is different-i go by "10" to make it simpler. And yes, I am cautious. Very.

i had this happen twice & both times i wondered how do they know who i am lol .... i am on alot but they are so new, i didn't think i was on THAT much haha.... it just seemed weird
