bracelet will it help? It happens everyday lately :(

Its not like I drag my feet or anything. And It happends at work only.

Pick up your feet (and don't drag) when you walk. Also, putting a humidifier in your hosue may help. Static electricity builds up more during the winter/when the air is dry.

I'm guessing that you're building up a static charge as your feet rub on the carpet. Try wearing different shoes for a day or two and see if that helps.

lol.. the shock u are getting is because of static electricity.. building in ur body.. which means that u are dehydrated.. it usually happens a lot in winter.. if it happens a lot lately.. means that u hav reduced ur water intake.. drink atleast 2 litres of water a day

that's the cold
that happens to me too.....
now what i do is when i go in the car or i need to touch any door or stuff like that, i'm used to have something in my hands, so it doesn't happen anymore cuz now it's too hot to shock at myself with ppl and stuff
