Yes she is to new boyfriend Joel Madden she is also engaged to him she was walking around at dinner with Joel at her side she had a huge diamond on her finger and she looked like she gained some weight from the baby

I sure hope she is not!
My personal opinion is that she is suffering from malnutrition, and her stomach got blotted just like the poor starving kids in Africa.
Lets keep our fingers crossed she does not bring a child into this world right now

well what i have heard of and researched there is some probabiltiy or chance of her being pregnat!
But she is really skinny and hopefully she is not pregnat because im guessing it would be bad for the baby...
But in the entertainment channel all they know is that they are guessing she is according to some interviews! =]

If the rumors r true then yes she is pregnant! It might be good for her health if she is then she may start taking better care of herself!!!

honestly i'm really not sure i think she's to unhealthy to have a baby she's just to thin and if she is i hope its not Joel's!
