Thick and gooey, dense and rich, praline pecans, or slightly bitter walnuts, caramel is good but tastes almost like an afterthought compared to the powerful fudge overload, a flavor that is almost staggering... few concoctionists can add the cream cheese in the proper balance, almost better not to try and temper the fudge with the wrong amount.
While milk will taste good alongside, much better with a nice scoop of vanilla icecream.
Skip dinner and go straight for dessert!
Babe, babe! Where's my brownie??

Fudge with or without walnuts but I like the edge pieces better than the inside ones. Hope you have a great day too.

Dunno. What's a brownie? As a so-far uncolonised Ozzie, I presume it's an American cake or biscuit. But, with 25pc of us now born overseas, and the pervading power of commercial radio/TV (which I avoid), we Ozzies are a dying race. "Cookies", which in Oz used to refer to idiots, has invaded the language as biscuits, I think, and small cakes have become something else in coffee shops. But generally I stick to home-made Anzac Biscuits, Madeira cake, Xmas cake, or steamed puddings at home - or just "one of those please" in public places.
