Probably the best burgers and most inexpensive place is In 'N Out Burger. Great burgers. Great fries. And there is stuff you can order that isn't on the menu. Like, if you ask for your fries, "animal style", they will have chili, cheese, and the sauce from the hamburgers on them. They are good.

Treasure Island has some great restaurants that are inexpensive. But there are always the traditional buffets. Those are probably $7 to $11 per person. Children at a certain age are free, any older there's a certain price that applies. But as I recall when I lived in Vegas, Treasure Island was my favorite nightly hangout.

Vegas has some of the cheapest but also some of the most expensive restaurants in the world !! You want cheap, go to some of the late night eats at some of the downtown hotels. Breakfast from $2.99 to $5.99. But beware you do get what you pay for and these cheap breakfasts are served very early morning hours. Like 2:00AM to 5:00 AM. Any where on the strip is usually going to be high dig ! A little advice all the hotels have their own Coffee shop style cafes. These usually are good meals at decent prices !! I

Go to Vegas.com, zagats, or citysearch.com! There aren't many places on the strip that are not fancy or inexpensive. Even the buffets have gotten expensive. You will be staying right next to the fashion show mall they have a food court & a few restaurants there. Try the cafes at the casinos they are about as cheap as you can get. Good Luck!!!

There are tons of places to eat that aren't expensive, but you won't always find quality w/o a price in this city. I live here, so I should know.

The best thing to do is just ask the consierge, as they would be more equipped to tell you what's close by you (cause I could recommend some places, but they're not by the strip) that is not only inexpensive but GOOD!

Try the Burger Bar in Mandalay Bay. You can pick your meat, your bun and all your toppings. They have like over 50 things you can pick from to put on your burger, or you can get one of their own versions. Very tasty. Also, there is a restaraunt right off the casino in the Venetian. I can't remember the name, but the food was AWESOME, they had a huge menu and the prices were pretty good considering the amount of food you get.

This really yummy Mediterranean/Greek place that's not too far from the strip is called Stephano's hookah bar and lounge. The food is really good and it's not very pricey. There is free entertainment Thursdays through Saturdays too. Look it up on the web for the exact address but I am pretty sure it is off of Maryland Parkway and Flamingo.

Most casinos' Coffee Shops are pretty reasonable. Stay clear of the larger Mega-Casinos though. They didn't get the "Mega" for having good deals.
The smaller casinos have nice coffee shops that are a pretty good deal.
I've been in Vegas for 23 years, and when I want to treat myself I go out to Denny's. I think they have a wonderful breakfast. Far better than the casinos. Ok, I'm easy to please......
