Most of the cities in India are not town planned and many houses do not even have house numbers. Many a times the addresses are
'Opposite School/Post Office'
'Near xyz building'
etc...
It might be a little difficult for you to locate a person this way.
A few suggestions:
- Have you checked the internet like yahoo people or just google this persons name and see what comes up.
- Please mention your city name with additional comments to your question and someone from that city might reply to you and help you in finding the address.

Please go through the telephone directory of the particular city and with the help of name and telephone number, you can get the address.

there is no such a way to know anybodys address by knowing his name and number in india
