Click on "My Profile" at the top right corner. Click "Edit My Info," and then uncheck the box that says "Email me when I receive a new answer to a question I've asked." Click "Preview" and then "OK."

It doesn't for me. Your probably have to click your contact name, then go to edit info.

no they don't send you notifications for that.
