Caucasus is located in Eurasia, bordered on the north by Russia, the southwest by Turkey, the west by the Black Sea, the east by the Caspian Sea and the south by Iran. The area includes the Caucasus Mountains and surrounding lowlands. The oil fields are in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Its the area that encompasses the former soviet states of Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan. Basically find the Black sea on a map of Europe and it is mainly East and North East, sandwiched between the Black and caspian seas. You should find the Caucusus mountains.
