I would check for lights. You should at least be getting a display on the monitor. Are you receiving any kind of fan activity? Make sure you have all the power plugs installed on the motherboard (some have 2-3 connections).

Make sure you have your power supply connect correctly and the master power switch is turned on on the power suplpy..
You don't need to install bios, it comes already installed with the MB.

I would remove all the components from the MB except the Power Supply, after you've stripped it plug in the power and then try to power up. if it lights up then add cpu (test) memory(test) HD (test) and so on.

If you manage to get it boot you will have to install the Operation System and then install the drivers that came with the MB. Good Luck!

ive had compatibility issues with my motherboard and powersupply a few times...try a new power supply...also check all wires connected from case/power supply to motherboard...your situation is just a plain headache since there can be so many things wrong...make sure power supply works first then work from there

Make sure you turn the switch to the on position on the power supply. If that is, then make sure you connected the power switch correctly.

Double check all your connections, especially the power button cable connection to the motherboard.
