What is the best way to clean a fire sprinkler head?

Not sure why you want to. Most have a glass-type vial that could be broken or a lead-type devise. If this is disturbed, you will have a real mess. Maybe just a featherduster.

if it is dull and got some stains then use white vinegar in a plastic bag and Tye it to it so it is submerged for about 30 Min's then just wipe with a cloth and water it will be nice and shiny again
