Takes about 5 days to reach the uterus once fertilized in the Fallopian tube. It takes about another day before it implants. So all together about 6 maybe 7 days. The body makes (HCG preg. hormone) from the moment of conception takes place the HCG tells the body to raise the progesterone levels which basically tell the body you are in fact preg. and keeps your body from shedding the blood lining in the uterus (keeps you from having your period). So if your sensitive you can feel the change of the HCG and progesterone shift by about 2 weeks preg, around the time you would be able to test anyway. If you know your body well otherwise many women don't know until they miss their period!

About 6 days. After conception the egg implants anywhere from 6-12 afterwards.

It can take up to 6 days and then another 6 - 10 days to implant i think that is why some women get false negatives on pregnancy test .
