In My Ebay, go to Preferences.
Scroll down to "Buyer Requirements" and press "show" so you can see the detail.
Next to: Block buyers who: (press edit)
Then select:
Buyers in countries to which I don't ship

When you set up item to sell, there is a shipping section. You have to put a check next to where you will ship to. Ex. like worldwide, US only, or US and Mexico. You can revise any listings you already have as long as no one has bid on it.

Go to your account, select "Preferences", then "Selling Preferences", then Buyer Requirements". Select the option to block buyers who are registered in countries to which you do not ship.
