Guys what do you really look for in a girl?

Do you base attractition on only physical appearance, or more?

First on appearances, and it is femininity and intelligence that turns it into love and commitment.

If I don't know her at all then initially on physical appearance, however if I do know her say a co-worker or a friend of a friend, then on personality and looks. There has to be some kind of physical attraction there. But if the relationship will last it's more on personality than appearance.

I do consider physical appearence but I try to look in the inside a girl rather then the outside.

Initially it is the looks, but to call someone a soul mate there are a lot of things that I'd list as:
- Honesty
- Attitude
- Empathy and respect
- Considerate of other's limitations and being patient
- not being very selfish
- A general good fit between the two

Apperance-
= longish sideswept blonde or brunette hair
= nice eyes
= nice teeth
= handsome smile
= not too short, not too tall
= not really buff and manly but like a nice body
= not too hairy - lol
= a nice sense of style

Personality-
= a sense of humor
= honesty
= have a lot of energy (like me)
= kindness
= sweetness
= athletic
= smart
