I can tell by your grammar and name that you are not American, so I apologize for my rude countrymen. It is no wonder that we Americans are becoming despised by so many others when only a handful of us don't seem to have any social graces at all. Our US Constitution guarantees our citizens the right to free speech regardless of whether or not we have a functioning brain, however, so we must at times suffer in silence and put up with this type of stupidity....

Now, to your question: Baseball is becoming more of a year-round sport all the time because it is growing quickly in popularity in many places. Here in America, we are of course in the northern hemisphere, so our professional season usually begins in the warm southern states of Arizona and Florida in mid February when the pitchers and catchers arrive so they can get their arms in condition. A little later, usually around the first of March, the other, "position" players show up to begin their own "Spring Training" workouts. After about a week or so, they begin to play a close to thirty game schedule with the other teams. These games are to work out the tightness from not playing since the previous late autumn and don't count in the standings. The regular 162 game "Major League" season then starts around April first and goes until the end of October. Following that, there are various instructional leagues that continue throughout the fall and winter - again in the warm climates. Baseball is also a popular pasttime in the Latin countries this time of the year, while the Asian countries follow a schedule similar to America's.

In college, however, the season seems even longer! I say "seems" because the players show up to fall classes, and usually play and practice through the fall until late November, when they break for our "Thanksgiving" holiday. They then USUALLY don't formally practice again until after New Year begins, but that isn't always the case; it depends upon the school. They then pretty much practice, scrimmage, and play a full schedule of games that takes them, if they are successful, into this time of the year. The current "College World Series" for our larger universities is still going on in Omaha, Nebraska, and will continue until June 25th. I am going to watch a game after I am through answering your question, as a matter of fact! :-) They then play summer ball somewhere! A college player's season barely takes any breaks...

Though the high school and youth seasons begin at varying times throughout the spring depending upon the weather, the season's final games usually are played in late May or early June for high school. and around the middle of August for national youth leagues just before it is time to return to school.

Well, I hope that helps! As I stated, baseball is a sport that is growing in popularity, so you are liable to find it being played about anytime of the year depending upon the weather. Even New Zealand and Australia play a bunch these days, and their summer is during our winter, so you can guess when they play the most! :-)

When you learn how to speak correctly?

Seriously, we're not even halfway through this baseball season yet. But it starts every April and ends every October (although it could be November 1st this year).
