I need to know what are the equipment needed & how much it cast & then connection fee if there is any.

It uses a special interface for the computer and satellite dish. It isn't free, and can be a bit laggy. Someone used to offer a hybrid dialup/satellite service that piggybacked on standard tvro receivers. The dialup was used for outgoing data and the dish was used for incoming data.
