I need to know what are the equipment needed & how much it cast & then connection fee if there is any.

It uses a special interface for the computer and satellite dish. It isn't free, and can be a bit laggy. Someone used to offer a hybrid dialup/satellite service that piggybacked on standard tvro receivers. The dialup was used for outgoing data and the dish was used for incoming data.

Any of the TV providers like Direct TV do it. Most of them will have a rebate for the equipment, but it changes all the time. Here are a few:
