What to do in the San Diego area week of July 18 - 23?

Will be visting my daughter in San Diego area for her 31 b-day.
What could I do in that area that would be special?She has been living there about a year,so she has done the Zoo and Sea World and also been to Mexico.
Anything else?

Concerts and there's tons of great restaurants of every country.
