Can switching from microgestin to lo ovral for a month delay my period? And if so, for how long?

I take microgestin primarily, but was out and the pharmacy did not have my refill done in time, so I took lo ovral for a month (just finished the pack up Saturday) and now no period. I will be going back to microgestin this Sunday. Is it normal to miss my period?

Yes, the period can be delayed for a short time because of the change in brand of birth control pills. With going back to the Microgestin you should have your period after you finish that new pack but I would recommend checking with your dr as well to see what they say.
