I took a look at it and to me looks like a sheep body with a worm head ,my son looked at it as well and said he has seen it before but does't know either. did some checking and manalishi is 1) a cat. 2) also an lsd drug called green manalishi and 3)a word used as a wad of 500 dollars or bills in an elastic band. upon further checking could be a neopet.
