Find one on the start menu, right click, choose send to desktop (shortcut). Or right click on desktop > select properties > desktop > customize > general > check internet explorer.

Right click an empty space on your Desktop and then click Properties. Next, click the Desktop tab and then Customize Desktop button near the bottom. Make sure that the Internet Explorer checkbox is checked and click OK.

There's one in the start menu :) Just right click it and do "send to desktop" or drag it to the desktop and i'll make a shortcut there.

go to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe . copy that explorer.exe file to you disktop . or you can right click create a shortcut to disktop.
