I dove into a pool with my Moto Q in my back pocket, it was only in the water for about 45-60 seconds. We immediately took out the battery and everything and opened all the covers (SD card, headphone jack) and put everything out in the sun to dry out. That was on Monday. I have since gotten the screen to a point where it doesn't have any condensation on it and at one point yesterday, while on the charger, i got it to start up. But only some of the buttons worked. If you have any other suggestions, please answer this. Also, I don't really have a lot of time to sit around and wait for the phone to start working, we leave on a trip in two days. PLEASE HELP!

Use a dehumidifier, it works everytime. But stop turning it on and off or your going to fry it. You can take apart as much as possible and use compressed air (if it is dry air) or a dehumidifier, but it may be too late....good luck

Well, electronics and water are a bad combo. If you can take the phone completely apart and ensure that there is no water on circuit boards, etc. You can try to use a dehumidifier to dry it out, The phone may be okay. Unfortunately, due the the conductive properties of water to electronics, your phone is prob fried.
