any soft color...esp.green,blue,pink and purple!♥

I love pale blue! It reminds me of water and has a great calming effect. I work with paint and helping people pick colors for their home and the minute some mentions wanting a calm enviroment I have a pallette of pale blues to show them!

Pink is not a good color for resting because it has red in it. Red tones are too stimulating.
Lavendar I personally find is the most relaxing. Soft blue is too.
Soft green, soft blue or lavendar candles are very soothing.

Yes those are good but pale colors are good too pink yellow
