Yep i'm going to have a Bun or 2. sparkling the kitchen table i want a intense protein drink. i won't be in a position to prepare dinner however. Are ya ok if yer English Muffin gets lookin like a small tire? Dallas

Biscuits and Gravy with two eggs over easy and a glass of OJ. Oh, and a side of sausage and bacon.

You get some chedder bay biscuits (Red Lobster) and then you fry some sausage and make some gravy and then I heat up the biscuits and mix the sausage with the gravy and then pour it on top of the biscuits and it is the bomb

today is my birthday I didnt have time to make it but if I didnt have to come into work I would have made waffles...turkey sausage scrammbled eggs with cheese potatoes and sunny delight with strawberry syrup. ummmmmmm I think I may jus have that for dinner tongiht

Pretty hard to beat your choice. I like the same thing!

Second favorite is thick oats with cinnamon, raisins and walnuts (not the thinner Quaker Oats).
