I assume you're asking from a durability perspective, not a fashion sense perspective...
The only Rolex you wouldn't want to wear working out would be one of the Cellini series. They're dress watches and shouldn't get wet or shaken a lot.
Other ones like Submariner, GMT, Explorer, etc. are meant to be used in wet conditions and active lifestyles, so go for it.
If it's not a real one, don't wear it to work out. Most replicas are not actually as waterproof as they say on them and would probably break from the shocks and humidity.

Probably, but at your own risk. If something should happen to your watch, like say...the face of it gets cracked by a weight or some such accident, then, you'd probably want to try to sue the gym for it and they'd probably point to some sign they have posted about how you should lock up your valuables in the lockers that they have provided....(most gyms do). What do you need to work out in a rolex for?--so chics will think you make good money and be attracted to you?? Most gyms have clocks on the wall, don't they? (not like casinos where they don't want you to be conscious of how much time you spend there). I say don't wear it to work out in.

You could...Rolex watches are supposed to be very durable but I don't think I would just in case something were to happen to it. They're so expensive it's not worth risking it. Plus it might look kinda silly.

Only if you want too, most are counterfeits anyway. My Nephew was given a real one by his employer for saving them lots of "moola". He wears it like a regular watch, working, swimming, that what they made for.
