Where to find a business fax directory?

Does anyone know where you can find a business fax number directory without having to pay for it??

(And no its no illegal, b/c they are selling them all over the internet.)

I don't know of any free ones. But, if you can find someone who attends an online university, the library will have a like to a database called Reference USA, which contains fax numbers.
