if your boss is tried of buying the sodas i image than s/he will not want you to waste your time in stocking the soda each week / spending time ordering product and stocking it . i believe you would be best to get a vending machine in there and let the vendor handle everything. since you and your boss put the machine in, when the thing doesn't work , they will be looking at you to call and get the vendor out there and complain that it doesn't work. there will already be an expectation once it goes in that it will always be working and it will be your and your bosses responsibility to fix it. lol. Call the local Pepsi and Coke distributors. Then compare to buying a vending machine at Sams and stocking it yourself. If you've got a small office, Sams is the better choice, if there are a bunch of people, getting coke to bring one works better.

Tell him to get one of the machines they sell at Sam's Club and he can stock the sodas and make money off of his employees, or save the profits for the office Christmas party.
