He is a pompous arrogant jerk who needs to make a public apology, you can bet your sweet butt if the players were black and the girl was white he would have been there defending those guys tooth and nail!
And I really do not mean for this to sound prejudiced, it is what it is...a blow hard spouting off at the mouth with little regard to the facts.

He won't apologize because he is a media whore who continues to be the face of black people as long as the media wants it.
If you ask the average black person what they think of the situation, they'll tell you that what Don Imus said was stupid and he should be fired because he was there in the past when civil rights were being debated.
However, they would also really like people to stop calling Al Sharpton a black leader because he doesn't lead anyone but the weak-minded.
They would also say that they could care less about the Duke Lacrosse team and their stripper fiasco because lots of black students with promising futures go to jail over the lies of some white chick and no one apologizes to them or cares about the fact that it never happened.
That's the cold truth buddy. Deal with it.

Not just Al Sharpton, Nancy Grace, and a bunch of her cronies all need to apologize. At least for sharpton he has kept his mouth shut regarding the Duke case, unlike Ms. Grace and Co. who keep trying to say these boys are guilty.

He's like a Hurricane. Comes in at the point of a threat and disappears just as fast. No time for a apology. These kind of guys are trying to get Paris Hilton to be an activist for female prisionner rights?! Nothing fair balanced or equal with a media crazed publicity hog. He's just the Boss Hog of the industry, been around since b4 the Dukes and will have many sequels to come.
If only you could disbar these guys from the Reverend title.

He never will., he is really a pathetic excuse for a human. He is all about the show, and the TV, he is not sincere in anything he does or says. I feel sorry for him, for being so pathetic. I feel truly sorry for the lacrosse players, they should sue, loud mouth hypocrite sharpton, for his slander, and defamation.

Don't hold your breath. He didn't apologize to the innocent people he implicated in the Tawana Brawley matter. Nor to the man whose Harlem business burned down after he set the phony outrage in motion, nor to the families of the people who died in the fire.
