Thank you!!
And a white liberal on here actually claimed that blacks were traitors to their race because they weren't Democrats!! Sickening.
The only racist things I hear concerning my party affiliation comes from liberals and Democrats. And they are supposed to be the tolerant ones....

Hey Paul, you need to do some historical reading on this
one. I have a book somewhere on black history of the time
when the Negroes of the plantations were given the right to
vote. I think that was after they were made free by Lincoln.
But anyway, they all were represented as Democrats when
they began to vote. I don't know if it was the fact that all
Southerners were Democrats, due to their location, or what.
I think this calls for some research.
There were also Negroes who were free men living up in
the New England states. Since they weren't slave laborers they earned a fair wage working in the white households. I'd
be interested in learning if those Negroes also were among
the Democratic voters. Or whether it was a boundary thing.
Today we tend to think of Demos' as the working class soc-
iety. Or blue collared workers. And the Republicans as all
big business or well to do people. But we know you can be
a Democrat and wealthy also. Hey, look at Ted Kennedy.

I might be all wrong on this but I think a persons politics are probably more decided by his family, setting he was raised in ( rural for me with conservative parents), and the community as a whole. I also think this is why we seem to have red and blue States. Mostly big city states vs. rural areas. I would probably be surprised at the variety of conservative people on yahoo since it seems we are a slice of the big pie.
I'd even say values plays a part in our politics in the sense of how our parents taught us and grandparents. If we were taught not to waste and be tight with money, odds are you are conservative. All in all, I'd say 75 percent of all people in the world regardless of race, origin etc. pretty much want the same things. Happines, health, family, peace, freedom etc al.
( Gotta watch it or I'll start sounding like I wear rose colored glasses) I still have to remind myself almost daily, not to group people under a certain heading. As many times as I have been surprised by people, I should know better.

Key word is "claim," which does not make it fact. I can claim to have the highest IQ on Q&A, but that doesn't make it true. Anyone in this world of mass communication and instant coverage of events from all over the world that is still generalizing people by race, creed or politcal absolutes deserves the Darwin Award.

Ignorant people use stereotype generalizations to feel superior and hide behind their insecurities. Those with little imagination or intelligence rely on blanket generalizations to attack others who disagree with them or have different perspectives of reality.
Political and religious beliefs are subjective and vary with each individual. The trouble with this simple principle is that too many people are violently and militantly intolerant of divergent opinions and will go to any and all extremes to protect their own and dispel others. Intolerance is the root of all evil and violence in this world and until this truth becomes apparent to everyone we shall all suffer the consequences.

right this is a extreme answer. First, it is not impossible that id would desire to finally qualify as technology. yet as we communicate it does no longer make the grade. For an concept to fulfill the standards to be seen technology, it is going to fulfill particular and clearly defined standards. the belief, expressed as a hypothesis, would desire to be testable and falsifiable. meaning you will desire to teach, a minimum of in concept, which you would be able to devise an test or software of observations which will teach the belief is fake till it quite is genuine (be conscious: the wording right this is extremely important. in case you do no longer "get" all of it, come across a great e book on scientific approach and study better). the elementary fact of id is that existence (organisms n known) reflects too a lot complexity and function to have developed as a consequence of random activities. This, in accordance to the id argument, implies some style of intelligence (a "designer"). no longer, from a philosophical attitude, it quite is totally achievable (in actuality, I accept as true with it). yet: asserting that existence s all of us know it might desire to have a designer isn't, according to se, technology. To qualify as technology, proponents of id are going to would desire to do here: >make a minimum of one prediction of an expected consequence that differs from the outcomes evolutionary theory could assume. >describe, a minimum of in suitable, how their prediction would be examined in a fashion which will falsify it no rely if it is not impressive. >the whole technique -- prediction (hypothesis), attempt, falsification (or no longer) would desire to be based fullyyt on empirical records obtained from assertion or test. returned, the wording right this is extremely precise. Now: the important is that id proponents purely have not met the above standards. yet. i do no longer rule out the prospect they could gain this interior the destiny. yet as of now, they have not and so id keeps to be a philosophical place, no longer a scientific one.

I don't know...it happens on both sides, but makes the person asking the question look silly. Political bigotry is the new racism...People are despised just for their political affiliation, which is ridiculous.
