is there any way to fight it and try to get your points back? Or at least prove that the question was not bad and a troll is responsible for having it falsely deleted???

Yes, email customer care, they will give you back the points, but if you put the question back on it will probably get deleted again as they have an automatic "thingy" that removes them and it is not able to determine the difference between real words and uncouth ones. I posed a question about a "Ricer" ( a kitchen utensil) and it was removed, I complained and got back my points, re-listed it, it was taken off again, I complained again...three times it happened, obviously the word "Ricer" must mean something bad in the "thingy's" data!

I don't think so. I asked a question about how a friend could get rid of TONS of old pornography rather than throwing it out. It's worth a lot of money and we didn't know where you could sell stuff like that or if it was legal. It got deleted because apparently someone was offended that a person would want to get rid of porn. It's crazy. It was an honest question.

I don't think there's anything you can do, unfortunately.
This is the reason I asked my last question about people needing to just calm down a bit.

nope. just accept it. yahoo is messed up like that. what i say they should do is-make it so that the person who asked the question-should be allowed to delete someone who doesn't like the question. instead of allowing reporting. don't like the question-dont' answer it.

pretty simple eh?

You'll never get the points back.Writing Yahoo and telling them there has been an injustice in your point shaving is like asking a monkey to quit throwing its poop at you. There is a troll in p&s now.I'll let you guess which one it is.

I usually protest to customer care but it's just a token response...they never respond anyway.
