I have a hp officejet 6110 and almost every time is pulls in the paper to print, it pulls it in unevenly and causes a paper jam. Any ideas how to fix this?

You need to have your printer thoroughly cleaned.

Over time, residue and powder from the toner will accumulate on the rollers and cause exactly what you are experiencing now.

You can clean it yourself, but you may not be able to get everything out - its probably better to bring it to a computer technician.

Yes, you'll pay more for the service, but it should keep your printer going for some months after that.

There are two potential problems. The first one is that there rollers need to be cleaned. You can do this with a lightly dampened lint free cloth. The other possibility is that the rollers are out of round or are no longer even. In that case they will need to be replaced. Try cleaning the printer first. It's much easier and far less expensive.

you don't say how old the printer is...the feed mechanism for
paper from the tray to the print area- are there small rubber rollers there? if so, after a lot of use they get glazed from paper dust [or coatings on the paper]. try using some rubbing alcohol on a Q-tip to clean the rollers...don't drip.

Have the printer cleaned by a qualified technician.

Short of that, use a can of compressed air to clean all rolling surfaces that you can see or get to. A qualified technician can get into areas that aren't accessible to the casual user.
