My husband and I are wanting to take a vacation for our anniversary this year...Our anniversary is November 30th. We would leave on the 23rd or 24th and return on the 1st or leave on the 30th and return on the 8th... I would like a warm destination with not a lot of people where we could lay on the beach and swim in the ocean.
Any suggestions?
(Fairly inexpensive as we are on a budget and preferably in the US or at least close...we live in Kansas)

Both Hawaii and Florida are warm in November.

More so with Hawaii as their temperature doesn't change more than 10 degrees all year long. November is actually a great time to visit Hawaii, there are plenty of specials to be had as it is the low season right before the Snow Birds come in mid December. Florida is warm too, but not quite as much as Hawaii.

I'd recommend Florida! You can always find cheap vacation packages there. Go AFTER Thanksgiving and things will be much quieter (leave on the 30th). Disney World is great at this time of year as the holiday rush dies down after Thanksgiving for a couple of weeks. Trust me, I worked there! It's the best time to see the parks, no lines! Orlando is within an hour from the ocean and about an hour and a half from the gulf. I love Clearwater Beach, just make sure you got to Frenchies!

Caribbean islands can be good value and the hurricane season is waning. There's quite a choice. Take a look at the islands listed on the page below.
