I recently opened a bank account in September and i was 17 so my parents can see everything i do. I just turned 18 and i was wondering if they can still see everything that i am doing? Let me know pleaseeeeeeee

They can only see it if you allow it. You can take their names off the account or have them on but not as signatories. You may want to leave them on in case of emergency.

if they are signers on your account, yes, they have a right to see all activities on your account, just as you are. If you don't want them to see the activity on your account you have 2 choices:

1. Ask them to go to the bank and remove themselves as signers on the account. You will need to go with them to do this.
2. Open a new account and transfer all your money in to it. You are now of legal age to have an account in your own name.

Once you are of legal age, your parents should not be snooping into your finances. However, in order to prevent this, their names must be removed from the account. As long as they are legitimate 'accessory' to the account, they have the right to view what happens in the account.

yes they can. go to the bank and get it changed. most likely you will have to take your parents with you because they will need to sign something.
