Im going to california next week. Ill be coming from the philippines. Im planning to wear a simple shirt and jeans with this really nice pair of boots i bought from italy. Is that still ok for summer?

I could never understand people who wear any type of boots, being cowboy boots or ugg boots in summer. Surely it makes you feet sweat like crazy and stink afterwards?
You will not be able to take your boots off if you are invited into the house because they will reek!
And also - every time you wear your boots afterwards (even in spring or autumn) they would stink, because you have sweated in them!
If you are on a tight budget, you can buy a very cheap and plain flip-flops - they are very in these days, and if you add some ankle bracelets, or dangles on the flip-flops themselves you will look AND FEEL gorgeus!

If you dont think you'll be to hot in them then I dont see why not. I'd wear flip flops cause I wouldnt wanna over heated but, depending on what you want to do. Check the weather there before you make a desision.

Well maybe you should drop the jeans and wear a really cute mini skirt. That is definately mor summery than jeans.

Of course, but it's going to be hot in Cali, so you should skip the jeans and go for a cute denim mini skirt or denim shorts. If you are going out at night, then ya go for the jeans! :) have fun

I like ladies in jeans. It creates them look more home town like and it doesn't look like they are trying too much but if you're looking to get this guys attention, this might not exactly be what you want

yes that's fine...I've seen several people wearing boots in the summer...it's all just about how comfortable you are being in hot weather

yeah, i wud say with jeans a tank. But DON'T wear them with like a mini or sumthing....it will look wicked bad.
