Here's one I wrote for my hubby, but you can borrow if if you like.
The Sky
The sky is ever constant,
It’s presents always just there
Some days dark and stormy,
Some days clear and fair,
But the sky is always there.
Then there are those precious moments,
When the sky takes on a hue,
So breathtakingly beautiful,
To stand in awe is all that you can do
A pallet of colors so precisely true,
A picture of perfection, with no equal to.
This masterpiece created by the maker of all,
Here for eternity, never to fall.
Much like the sky, is my love for you,
Ever constant, eternally true.
Some days dark and stormy,
Some days clear and fair,
But my love is always there.
Then there are those moments,
That you take my breath away.
I stand in timeless awe of you,
Knowing in countless ways,
That like the sky you see,
My love will always be.
So if there comes a time,
That you should doubt my love,
Tilt your head slightly,
And gaze upon the sky above.
It’s always there.

look to song lyrics, and omit the choruses if your intent is to plagiarize something for your girlfriend.
